His responsibilities encompass setting the institute's vision, mission, and strategic goals, overseeing the implementation of programs and services, ensuring financial sustainability, representing the institute externally, and making key decisions to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Džubák Petr, M.D., Ph.D. holds the position of Vice-Director of Science. Entrusted with overseeing the institute's scientific and research endeavors, he ensures that research aligns with the institute's goals and contributes significantly to the broader scientific community. His role spans guiding research programs, ensuring research quality and integrity, securing funding, disseminating research findings, and mentoring junior researchers.

Koudeláková Vladimíra, PhD. is the Vice-Director of Healthcare. She plays a pivotal role in overseeing the healthcare services provided by the institute, ensuring they meet required standards and cater to the needs of patients and the community at large. Her key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery, overseeing patient care and treatments, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, quality assurance and managing healthcare staff.

Drábek Jiří, Ph.D. serves as the Vice-Director of Education. He takes charge of the institute's educational and training programs, ensuring they align with the institute's mission and cater to the needs of both students and professionals. His duties include designing and evaluating educational programs, ensuring quality education, overseeing student affairs, and ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Arnošt Rybář, MSc., LL.M. is the Vice-Director for Operations. Instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of the institute, he ensures smooth and efficient functioning across all operational aspects. His responsibilities include overseeing administrative, financial, and logistical functions, managing operational budgets, implementing operational processes, handling procurement, and collaborating with the Director to ensure the institute's goals are met efficiently.
