Our colleague Alžběta Srovnalová and her team participated in the SBI2 Annual Meeting, held in Boston from September 18-20, 2024.
Alžběta presented her poster titled Advanced Cell Cycle Analysis: Integrating the FUCCI System with High-Content Microscopy for Comprehensive Cellular Profiling. In addition to this, her team was awarded second place for their project: Identification of a Driving Signal from Positive Controls and Model Fitting for Observation of Query Compounds Using Linear Discriminant Analysis. The award ceremony took place at the CytoData Hackathon, hosted by the Broad Institute.
