CATRIN-ICN2 workshop was focused on future collaboration between our institutes in strategic areas related to nanoscience and nanotechnology. We were honoured to host our Spanish colleagues at IMTM on the second day of the workshop. The series of lectures were performed by thte director of the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2) Pablo Ordejon, alongside with Prof. Dr. Arben Merkoçi, leader of the ICN2 Nanobioelectronics and Biosensors Group Merkoçi Research Group, and Jose Antonio Garrido. They presented their latest works and took a small tour to see our labs. We hope we will produce a number of excellent publications as well as joint projects together in the future.
