Fifty-two members of the academic community were honored at the Rector’s Awards ceremony of Palacký University, held publicly for the first time at Metropol Cinema in Olomouc. The event, part of UP Academic Week, recognized outstanding achievements in research and education.
Awards were presented to authors of exceptional academic publications, as well as students for the best bachelor's, master's, and doctoral theses. Among the awardees, our colleague Pavel Stejskal received recognition for his scientific publication: "Circulating Tumor Nucleic Acids: Biology, Release Mechanisms, and Clinical Relevance." in the Doctoral Study Program category. PhD student Richard Masař won the best master's thesis for his work: "Using Lipid Profiles to Characterize Cardiovascular Disease".
