We would like to invite you to the lecture by Katarína Hajdúová called A novel PSMA inhibitors in prostate cancer imaging and treatment.
Katarína Hajdúová's presentation is about New PSMA inhibitors for imaging and therapy of prostate cancer. The presentation is covering my diploma thesis, where we compared the preclinical performance of the well-established PSMA-617 radiotracer with three innovative PSMA-617 analogues, distinguished by variations in the linker and/or the binding motif region. This included PET/CT imaging of a mouse xenograft model, where we validated the specific accumulation of all tested PSMA inhibitors in prostate cancer tumours, supported by ex vivo biodistribution studies.
