We would like to invite you to the lecture by Jan Macháň called "Streamlining Lipidomic MS Data Processing with Python". The lecture will be on Wednesday June 12, 2024 at 9AM in the IMTM seminary room 1.09.
Abstract
I have been developing a Python-based pipeline designed to streamline the processing of lipidomic and metabolomic MS data. In this presentation, I will demonstrate the current functionality of the pipeline, including filters and corrections that have been implemented. Additionally, I will discuss the challenges encountered during the coding process. Lastly, I will briefly outline future plans, such as the steps towards transforming this pipeline into a user-friendly Python application for MS data processing.
