I would like to invite you to the lecture by Lucie Kotková called "Implementation of BisQuE: Bisulfite conversion Quality Evaluation method". The lecture will be on Wednesday April 17th at 9AM in room 1.09 at IMTM.
Abstract
The lecture will be about implementing the bisulfite conversion quality control method developed by Hong and Shin, the troubles we encountered along the way, and in some cases their solution (in some cases not).
